In the basement, there is a garage for two vehicles. In front of the house is a pool with a sunbathing area, equipped with an outdoor shower and landscaped with Mediterranean plants. This modern villa is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, offering complete privacy. Beautiful beaches and a nearly three-kilometer-long seaside promenade are just a few minutes’ drive away.
