There is a plot of land of 5448 m2 available for construction, and the entire plot is located within an already built-up area. We are currently considering a subdivision proposal to optimize the sale. Our preferred option is to sell as a package, which would result in a price of €220,000 for the entire plot. If we decide to split the plot, the price would be 50 euros per square meter, except for one plot that stands out as particularly attractive (it has favorable access from the village and is surrounded by forest, among other advantages).
